Case Study: Steroid Vs Non-Steroid treatment

There was a research to test the effect of steroid cream on atopic eczema patient. They separate patients into 2 group. Those who did not apply steroid based cream, and those who did.

In the end result:
- They found those who did not go on steroid seems to have mild eczema for 2 weeks and it went off eventually. It does comes once awhile
- Those who applied steroid cream seems to temporary cure almost immediately after application. But as time past by, their problem flare up again and it get worst and worst. Stronger steroid cream has to be used to control them. Its like antibiotic. The immune system will eventually immune to steroid cream and there will be no solution for eczema! except to go for immunosuspresso (used by organ transplant to avoid allergy reaction after transplant – OMG!)

The key to most skin disease like atopic eczema is toxin in the body. If you take toxin prone food like cheese, peanut, durian, seafood and egg, you are putting in toxin in the body. On top of that, stress will also slowdown the body detoxification, therefore increase toxin in the body.
Dermatologist have no idea what really spark the problem to rise. It is believed that when toxin level is way high, a simple stress in life could spark out the skin disorder and can never be cure by mere trouble overloading steroid cream!
For god sake, i read somewhere that fda did not even approve steroid cream for skin treatment. It was used by dermatologist because they have no solution!

So, stop using any kind of steroid cream! It will only get you worst!
